Since 2008, SMX Munich has stood for deep, independent expertise in search marketing. What makes us special: There’s no vendor or agency behind SMX – instead, it’s run by a neutral, editorial team. Each of the 60+ sessions is carefully curated – you won’t find generic marketing content here.

The agenda is developed over many months together with our advisory board and combines local knowledge with international expert insights. Around half of the sessions are held in English, which fosters exchange with international speakers and attendees. Every year, SMX becomes the meeting place for the industry: more than 70 speakers, over 1,000 participants, and one shared goal – to learn from each other, connect, and shape the future of search marketing.

Especially now, at a time when search engines, user behavior, and tools are evolving rapidly – and LLMs are bringing monumental shifts to our industry – it’s more important than ever to stay close to trends, realistic solutions, and practical strategies.
