Marlene Schreiber is a lawyer and IT law specialist at the law firm HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte in Berlin, which specializes in media and technology. Marlene heads the Digital Data team there and advises her clients – from startups to large DAX-listed companies – together with her team on all issues of digitalization, especially on the design and implementation of digital business models, products and services as well as the use of new technologies at the interface of online marketing, data protection and contract law.
