When we test or deploy something in marketing, it can have profound impact on product, and vice versa. And when our sales team has acquired this new amazing inventory, it has an impact on both of the above. As the pace of testing and deployment practices continues to accelerate, and the teams turn more autonomous, it becomes increasingly challenging to not operate in silos and assess correctly how we affect our customers across the full funnel.
