 Data-driven performance marketing has a lot more in common with a marathon than you might think. Just as it takes more than just fitness to complete the long distance in a marathon, data-driven performance marketing requires much more than just the right tools. 

What questions do you need to answer so that you have the right data available and your campaigns will be successful?

Which key metrics can be used to measure if your campaigns are successful? What data do you need to be able to calculate the key metrics correctly? Is your tracking setup robust enough to deliver the data reliably? And do you maybe need other business-relevant information from the company, such as gross margins, value of a lead, seasonalities? Which stakeholders do you need to talk to? How do you best involve the data protection officers or technical contacts? Are just some of them.
