Niki is a paid media specialist for marketing technology company Clicktech, having worked in Paid Search for over 15 years. Starting at small, independent agencies Niki began her career as a practitioner, progressing on to leadership roles within GroupM’s Mindshare UK, as well as independent agencies. She has consulted on the digital transformation for one of the largest FMCG businesses in the world, as well as working with numerous other large global brands on their paid search strategy. After winning Media Week’s 30 Under 30 at the age of 26, Niki became a trainer for Google and Facebook, helping businesses and individuals to get the most out of digital marketing platforms, including teaching ex-military personnel how to promote their own businesses when resuming civilian life after leaving the services. Niki has a passion for diversity and inclusion within the industry, and aims to help make digital channels accessible and successful for businesses of all shapes and sizes.
