The health of our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, service providers and staff is our top priority. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have gained a lot of positive experience in safely running events in pandemic times. To ensure the greatest possible safety for all visitors during the event, we have a comprehensive safety and hygiene concept for the event (e.g. state-of-the-art ventilation systems for regular air exchange, contact data collection, mask requirement, disinfection dispensers, special catering concept). We’re continuously adapting this concept to the situation and maintain close contact with both the authorities and the venue.
Depending on the development of the pandemic and the corresponding legal framework, there may be new adjustments in the coming weeks. Actual requirements on the day of the event will depend on the situation at the time, but we will post the latest developments here. It could also be that we need fewer measures if the COVID-19 incidence is significantly lower or non-existent.
All registered participants will receive additional detailed information on safety and hygiene measures on site and directly before the event.
If, contrary to our expectations, the event does not take place due to COVID-19, tickets will automatically be converted into virtual tickets.
